Counselling

How I work
I offer in-person sessions from a warm and welcoming private therapy space close to the centre of Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Alternatively, we can harness the restorative power of nature and hold our sessions whilst walking together. Please talk to me if you interested in learning more about how this works.

Finally, if you prefer, I am happy to meet with you online.

I work flexibly, offering both open ended and time limited counselling to individuals over the age of 18, at a time to suit you.
About Me
I am approachable, warm, and reliable, and I aim to build empathetic and non-judgemental relationships within a gentle, discreet, and safe environment. Working together, I can support you in exploring your emotional difficulties and help you to gain a better understanding of what may be preventing you from feeling content and reaching your full potential.
I am trained and qualified in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (Level 4 Dip – CPCAB). As an integrative counsellor, I use different approaches and counselling techniques, adjusting how we work together to best help you. As a member of BACP I work within their ethical framework and professional guidelines. I am also committed to ongoing professional development which helps to inform and guide my practice.
Alongside my private practice, I volunteer with a charitable counselling service and have experience supporting people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, self-harm, ADHD, neurodiversity, grief and loss.
