About Me
I am approachable, warm, and reliable, and I aim to build empathetic and non-judgemental relationships within a gentle, discreet, and safe environment. Working together, I can support you in exploring your emotional difficulties and help you to gain a better understanding of what may be preventing you from feeling content and reaching your full potential.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. This means I am able to use different approaches and counselling techniques, adjusting how we work together to best help you. I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I work within their ethical framework and professional guidelines. I am also committed to ongoing professional development which helps to inform and guide my practice.
Alongside my private practice, I also volunteer with a local charitable counselling service. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, self-harm, ADHD, neurodiversity, grief and loss.
