Common Questions Answered
I understand that seeking counselling can bring many questions. Below you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked queries regarding my services and how I can support your journey.
Can we just have an initial chat?
Looking for a therapist can feel daunting, and finding the right person for you is important. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss what you are looking for. If you decide you would like to work with me, we will then arrange an initial session, either online or in person
How Long Are Sessions?
Sessions typically last for 50 minutes. This timeframe allows for reflection and effective dialogue to address the emotional and psychological challenges that you may be facing.
What Are Your Fees?
My fees are set at £50 per session and I am able to offer reduced rates for counselling students.
I ask for sessions to be paid for on the day of the session itself.
There is no cancellation fee if you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Do You Offer Online Sessions?
Yes, to accommodate different schedules and preferences, I provide options for online sessions. This allows clients to participate in counselling from the comfort of their own space, enhancing accessibility.
